When Should a Man Get a Fertility Evaluation?
Men should be evaluated alongside their partner rather than waiting for prolonged female-only testing.

If a couple has been trying to conceive for about 12 months (earlier if the female partner is over 35 or there are known risk factors), both partners should be assessed. Men with prior testicular issues, chemotherapy, undescended testis history, or sexual dysfunction should seek earlier review.
