Testosterone and Erectile Dysfunction

Low testosterone can contribute to ED in some men, but it is not the only cause and treatment is not one-size-fits-all.

Testosterone supports libido and can influence erectile physiology, yet many men with ED have normal hormone levels. Testing, if done, should be timed and interpreted in clinical context. Self-starting hormone therapy without supervision can be harmful.
